How to get to the Camp

By Train: Take the Helensburgh train from Glasgow Queen Street. It costs around Ł3.50 for a single ticket and around Ł4.50 for a cheapday return. On arrival in Helensburgh catch the number 316 bus - going to either Coulport or Garelochead. There's a bus stop across the road from the station. Ask to be dropped off at the Peace Camp. It costs Ł1.35 for a ticket.
By Bus: Get number 216 from outside McDonald's on Jamaica St. You can get to Helensburgh on an Allday ticket which costs Ł2.20.
By Car: From Glasgow drive up the A82 (Great Western Road) until you get to the A814 (there will be signs directing you to Helensburgh). The camp is at the righthandside of the A814 about six miles north of Helensburgh. There is limited parking outside.
Hitching: It's quite difficult to hitch out of Glasgow but the best place to start from is probably Anniesland Cross. To get there catch a bus along Great Western Road (20, 41, or 66).
